Workshop Controller\n\nFranchised Motor Dealership - Watford area\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to lead a busy and growing aftersales operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high standards across the workshop.\n\nAs Workshop Manager, you will oversee a highly productive team, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of the operation.\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\n£36,00 basic salary\n\nRealistic OTE of £50,000\n\nMonday to Friday hours (08:00 - 18:00).\n\nStable, long-term career progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the day-to-day running of the workshop and service department.\n\nLead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians and apprentices.\n\nDrive workshop productivity and efficiency to achieve performance targets.\n\nMaintain high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer service.\n\nMonitor KPIs and implement processes to maximise profitability and performance.\n\nSupport and coach team members to ensure continued development.\n\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience as a Workshop Manager/Controller or strong experience as a Service Advisor\n\nMinimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar automotive management role.\n\nStrong organisational and leadership skills.\n\nAbility to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards.\n\nExcellent communication and people management abilities.\n\nIf you have the experience and leadership qualities to drive workshop performance and deliver outstanding results, we would like to hear from you.\n\nWho are you applying to?\n\nThe Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
