Solicitor

Daniel is a Solicitor and Notary Public working within our Private Client Team.

Daniel advises on all aspects of estate and succession planning, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Inheritance Tax planning. He also deals with the administration of executary estates, handling complex Inheritance Tax matters, contentious Legal Rights claims and the identification and realisation of assets located both within Scotland and internationally.

Daniel is passionate about the practise area and is looking forward to working towards the STEP Diploma.
