Security Service Engineer – Door Entry, Access Control & CCTV- South East London- £35,000 - £42,000 Basic Salary + On-Call Allowance + Overtime * £35,000 - £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Company vehicle * 1 in 7 on-call rota * £150 standby payment per on call week * Door to door pay for out of hours call outs * Monday to Friday working hours * 22 days annual leave, increasing to 25 days with length of service * Long-term career with an established and growing business Role Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a well-established fire and security company covering South East London. This is a service,fault finding and maintenance role, with no installation work involved. The successful engineer will primarily work on door entry, access control and CCTV systems. Security Service Engineer Role & Responsibilities * Service, maintain and fault find on door entry, access control and CCTV systems. * Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimise system downtime. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance visits. * Complete service reports and paperwork accurately. * Identify remedial works and report findings where required. * Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on site. * Participate in a 1 in 7 on-call rota Security Service Engineer Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience servicing and maintaining door entry, access control and CCTV systems. * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. * Competent working across a wide range of security systems. * Previous experience within a service and maintenance role (not installation). * Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent is essential. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
