About the Role:As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, providing essential one-to-one support in various subjects and activities. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with additional needs
\n
• Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and strategies
\n
• Support students in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks
\n
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the student's individual needs are met
\n
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback
\n

Requirements:

• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
\n
• Passion for working with students with diverse needs
\n
• Ability to engage and motivate students in their learning
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Flexibility to cover lessons when needed (preferred)
\n

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
