Salaried GP or Clinical Lead - Flexible Hours, Low Visits

\n An excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking GP surgery based in Ilminster has become available for a Salaried GP or GP Clinical Lead.\n

\n The surgery have built a close knit multi-disciplinary team composed of GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists and Paramedics. They also dispense to part of their list. The team are focussed on a strong work/life balance for clinicians, and have implemented a structure whereby GPs would have a well managed work-load, with minimal home visits.\n
\n
\n Located in Ilminster, easily accessible from Taunton and Yeovil. Ample on-site parking is provided.\n

\n Key Duties:\n
\n
\n Patient list of just under 5,000 with a low number of home visits, and great support from an experienced permanent clinical team including Nurses, ANPs and GPsOffering 4 to 8 sessions per week, Great flexibility on working days and session timingsStrong existing team of permanent staffM home visits, and no extended hours necessarySuccessful dispensing practice\n
\n Package and Benefits:\n

\n £80,000 - £96,000 per annum (FTE) for a Salaried GP depending on experience and specialismsCoverage of medical indemnity by the PracticeBMA model contractNHS Pension scheme enrolment6 weeks holiday and 1 week study leaveSupport for development of special interest areas\n
