Your Compensation\n

• Competitive Base Salary: Enjoy a market-leading base salary of £42,921.87 (inclusive of night allowance), with an average OTE ranging from £43,000 to £53,000.

Where You’ll Work\n

You’ll be part of the vibrant Bournemouth cluster, covering beautiful areas like Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne, Ringwood, Wareham, and Swanage. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting our members back on the road in your community.

Your Role\n

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you’ll be the hero on the road, delivering expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.

You’ll tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside by combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You’ll Need\n

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.

• A customer-focused approach.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
