Due to continued growth, Pin Point Recruitment is expanding our Education division in were looking for an ambitious, driven consultant to join our successful team.

Youll take ownership of existing client accounts while also developing new business opportunities across the education sector. From sourcing quality candidates to managing bookings, payroll and client relationships, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment service.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing and developing existing education sector accounts
• Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
• Filling temporary and permanent education vacancies
• Managing bookings, candidate compliance and payroll processes
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts and social media content
• Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
• Keeping up to date with education recruitment compliance and regulations

What Were Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Strong business development skills and a proactive mindset
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability
• Motivated, organised and target-driven
• Professional telephone manner
