Quantity Surveyor - Facades & Cladding

I'm currently working with a specialist façade contractor who is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of façade packages, taking commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account. The Role: * Managing the commercial aspects of multiple façade projects * Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts * Procuring subcontractors and negotiating packages * Monitoring project costs and reporting on financial performance * Managing client relationships and commercial meetings * Supporting the wider project delivery team What I'm Looking For: * Previous Quantity Surveying experience within façades, cladding or the building envelope sector * Strong understanding of commercial processes * Experience with subcontract procurement and contract administration * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple live projects What's On Offer: * £60,000 - £80,000 salary depending on experience * Diverse portfolio of façade projects * Excellent long-term progression opportunities If this sounds of interest, feel free to get in touch for more details
