Project Lead / Project Manager\nLocation: South West London Business Park, London\nRate: £425–£480 per day (Contract CIS )\nDuration: Approximately 35 weeks (until early February 2027)\nWe're working with a leading contractor to appoint an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to deliver an £18m CAT A commercial refurbishment across a live business park in Southwest London.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and has a strong track record delivering complex commercial refurbishment projects. You'll be leading a high-profile scheme where stakeholder management, technical expertise and programme delivery are key.\nThe Project\nYou'll take ownership of a major refurbishment programme across three occupied commercial buildings, including:\n * Full CAT A office fit-out\n * Reception and WC refurbishments\n * Major plant replacement works\n * Significant M&E packages, accounting for approximately 50% of the project value\n * Delivering works within live, occupied buildings while minimising disruption to tenants and business operations\nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who has:\n * Proven experience delivering CAT A & B commercial refurbishment projects\n * A strong background managing projects within live, occupied environments\n * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills\n * The ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships\n * A diplomatic, professional and solutions-focused approach\n * Strong programme management and project coordination experience\n * Experience managing substantial M&E packages\n * Good commercial awareness, including procurement and cost management\n * The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive projects to successful completion\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor on a fast-paced, technically challenging scheme, offering genuine responsibility and the chance to lead a flagship commercial refurbishment from start to finish.\nIf you're an experienced Project Manager looking for your next contract and have a proven background delivering complex commercial refurbishments, please get in touch ASAP
