Full-Time Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students in their educational journey. Full-time availability is desirable, but we can be flexible around you!

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities across various subjects.
\n
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, ensuring they understand and stay on track with their work.
\n
• Help prepare teaching materials and set up classrooms for lessons.
\n
• Support students with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
\n
• Supervise students during break and lunch times.
\n
• Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for all students.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
\n
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
\n
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
\n
