The Role
\n
The successful candidate will:
\n
\n - Support pupils within the classroom, individually and in small groups.
\n - Provide learning support to help children access the curriculum.
\n - Encourage children's confidence, independence and social development.
\n - Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
\n - Assist with the emotional, behavioural and educational needs of pupils.
\n - Promote a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
\n
\n
The Ideal Candidate Will:

\n - Be passionate about supporting young children.
\n - Have experience working with children within a school, childcare or similar setting.
\n - Be patient, caring and supportive.
\n - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n - Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
\n - Demonstrate flexibility, commitment and a positive attitude.
