Interiors Foreman

Foreman (Interior Fit-Out) Cardiff (Permanent or Freelance) £25 per hour (CIS/LTD) OR £40,000 + package We’re recruiting for a Foreman to join an established regional contractor delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects across commercial and public-sector environments. This role is specifically focused on internal fit-out works on a shopping centre scheme, requiring a foreman with strong interiors experience. The Opportunity * Key role delivering interior fit-out on a live commercial project * Long-term work with a contractor offering a strong pipeline of projects What You’ll Be Doing * Overseeing day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works * Managing trades, subcontractors and materials on site * Supporting programme and working within a live environment * Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety * Taking a hands-on role where required What We’re Looking For * Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on interior fit-out projects * Strong knowledge of finishing trades and sequencing * Comfortable working on live, fast-paced commercial schemes * Proactive, organised and able to lead from the front Certificates: * SSSTS or SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid (desirable) What’s On Offer Freelance: * £25–£27 per hour (CIS or Ltd) * Long-term, consistent work * Company van & fuel card Permanent: * Salary circa £40,000 * Company van & fuel card * Healthcare & full benefits package * Ongoing work across South Wales Apply If you're a foreman with strong interiors experience looking for your next role, apply now for more information
