£32,000 per year | Permanent | Day shifts

You will oversee catering, housekeeping, activities and maintenance within a supportive team environment.
About the role As Hospitality Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of hospitality services to ensure residents receive an outstanding daily experience. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading food service operations, working closely with chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
  • Creating and delivering engaging activities programmes that promote wellbeing and social interaction
  • Overseeing housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
  • Managing maintenance issues promptly to keep the home in excellent condition
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to support a community feel
  • Monitoring budgets and controlling costs while maintaining service quality
This Hospitality Manager position is active and people-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible and involved rather than desk-based.

Skills and experience To succeed as a Hospitality Manager, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a care home, hotel, or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership, communication and team development skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety, employment legislation and compliance standards
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent service and enhancing resident wellbeing
