\nLevel 3+ qualification in Health & Social Care
\nMinimum 2 years recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above)
\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel

\nThis role would suit candidates with experience in Adult Care as a Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager or an existing Health & Social Care Assessor
\nThe Role
\nWere recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor to support learners working towards apprenticeship qualifications across workplace settings.
\nYou will support, coach and assess learners, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their programme.
\nYou will work with learners across Bath and surrounding areas, combining remote delivery with planned workplace visits.
\nYou will manage your own diary and workload to meet key performance targets and ensure learner progress.
\nNo learner sourcing is required all learners are provided, allowing you to focus on delivery, coaching and assessment.
\nThis role is sometimes referred to as Apprenticeship Assessor, Health and Social Care Tutor or Skills Coach within Health and Social Care.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nBuild strong relationships with learners and employers through regular reviews and engagement
\nDeliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards
\nConduct workplace observations to assess practical competency
\nReview learner work and provide timely, constructive feedback
\nSupport learners with Functional Skills (Maths & English) where required
\nPrepare learners for End Point Assessment (EPA)
\nMonitor learner progress and ensure timely achievement of qualifications
\nPromote safeguarding, wellbeing and a safe learning environment at all times
