Gas Service and Repair Engineer

Job Title: Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer\n\nLocation: ST - Stafford / surrounding wotrk\n\nSalary: £40,000\n\nOTE £60,000\n\nRenewables training also provided, bonus to already have it.\n\nJob Type: Permanent\n\nWe are currently seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team on a PAYE basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing gas systems and appliances for our clients .\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Company van, fuel card and PDA tablet provided\n\n * Work in an allocated local radius - working area is guaranteed\n\n * Full van stock supplied\n\n * Unlimited overtime and out of hours work available\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Service, Diagnose, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers\n\n * Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and meet safety standards\n\n * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects\n\n * Adhere to health and safety regulations and procedures at all times\n\n * Maintain good communication with clients and team members\n\nRequirements:\n\n * At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the social housing sector\n\n * Knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers\n\n * Core gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1\n\n * Full UK driving license\n\n * Clean DBS\n\nIf you are a qualified and experienced Gas Engineer looking for a new challenge, then we would love to hear from you
