FLT Driver/Yard Operative

Connect Appointments is recruiting a FLT Driver / Yard Operative to join our manufacturing client in Dunfermline.

Our client is a long-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation for engineering excellence, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with an early Friday finish.

What's on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm and Friday, 7:30am to 10:30am
• 14.37 to 15.25 per hour - paid weekly

As an FLT Driver and Yard Operative, your duties will include:

• Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift truck within a busy manufacturing yard environment
• Moving and organising stock, materials and finished vehicles across the site
• Supporting general yard operative duties as required
• Adhering to all health and safety standards throughout the shift

To be considered as an FLT Driver and Yard Operative, you will need:

• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or yard environment
• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work
