\nWe're looking for Field Interviewers across Scotland to speak to people in their local communities and help us understand what really matters to them.
\nWhether you're based in a city, town, rural community or island location, you'll be speaking to people face-to-face and collecting views that help shape important decisions across Scotland. Every conversation you have helps provide valuable insight into the experiences and opinions of people in your local area.
\n\nWhat the role looks like\n
As a Field Interviewer, you'll be out in your local area speaking to people face-to-face — whether that's on doorsteps, in communities, or on public transport.
\nThe role is designed to be flexible. Some people prefer set shifts, while others like the freedom of working when it suits them. With us, you can do either:
\n\nRegular shifts each week (door-to-door or transport projects)
\nTransport shifts are 3–3.5 hours.
\nPay includes:
\n\n- \n
- £12.75 per hour during the initial training period \n
- £51–£61 per shift for transport work (project dependent) \n
Pay-per-complete work
\n\n- \n
- Get paid for each successful interview you complete \n
- Typically 2–3 days per week for door-to-door work (6-hour shifts) \n
- Work more flexibly, choosing when to go out \n
- Great if you prefer a more independent way of working \n

- Recording answers on a tablet (provided) \n
- Representing Ipsos in a friendly and professional way \n
