Contracts Manager West London £75,000 - £85,000 + Package Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. Working for a successful main contractor, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously, with individual project values reaching up to £20 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Contracts Manager looking to join a business with a strong order book and an excellent reputation for delivering quality construction projects. The Role You will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring operational excellence across every stage. Responsibilities Managing several live construction projects Supporting and mentoring Site Managers Monitoring programmes and project performance Managing client relationships Overseeing commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation Leading project meetings Identifying and managing project risks Driving quality and programme performance Requirements Previous experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor Experience managing projects up to £20 million Strong knowledge of new build and refurbishment projects Excellent leadership skills Commercial awareness SMSTS CSCS Full UK Driving Licence Rewards & Benefits £75,000 - £85,000 salary Annual bonus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays 5% employer pension contribution Company car or allowance Mobile phone & laptop Ongoing training and career progression
