Alma Personnel are pleased to announce we are currently working with our Newton Aycliffe based client to recruit for a Temporary Administrator/Data Entry candidate.\n\nThis is a full time, temporary position with the hours of work being Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm.\n\nThe main duties for this role are:-\n\n * Entering contracts onto the system\n\n * Working with internal teams\n\n * Addressing enquiries or missing information\n\n * Posting missing invoices\n\n * Data entry and general administration\n\n * Data cleansing\n\n * Answering emails and phone calls\n\nThe ideal candidate:-\n\n * Strong IT skills - including Excel\n\n * Confident telephone manner\n\n * SAP experience is desirable\n\nIf you feel you are suitable for this role, please apply now stating why
