Learning Support Assistant Location: Lewisham Contract Type: Monday to Fridays, 8.30am until 3.30pm Salary: £100 - £117 per day Looking for a rewarding role in education starting September? The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide classroom support across KS3, KS4, and KS5 settings Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups where required Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and participation in learning Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settingsWhat We're Looking For We welcome applications from individuals who have: A Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or relevant childcare qualification, or recent experience working with children A positive, patient, and supportive approach to working with young learners Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across different school settings An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneStart the New Academic Year with a Rewarding Opportunity If you're passionate about supporting children's learning and development and are looking for exciting opportunities from September 2026, we'd love to hear from you.
